To Dr. Bingham, thank you is an understatement in my eyes, you are the GOAT!!!! To Dr. Shein, thanks for your assistance too. I’m visiting GA and I had emergency dentist visit yesterday. I got a tooth extracted. I was eating and my tooth 🦷 enamel cracked and front of tooth came off. The only part left was back of tooth enamel and my filling. 🤣. I must say, representation is everything!!!!! Yesterday, I experienced not only quality service but the best tooth extraction I’ve ever had in my lifetime. No pain, no pulling my head off with pressure and little to no bleeding. Dr. Bingham had pulled tooth and I didn’t even know he was done. Also, showed compassion patience and kindness. Explained procedure in simplistic terms and what follow up procedures to consider. Just all around great!!!. Also, thanks to front desk receptionist, who took the time to actually listen to my emergency and went the extra mile on my behalf to fit me in as a walk-in. Great customer service. Representation does matter!!!! Talk about diversity. I felt very privileged and comfortable to be in your care. The entire staff was of color from Black to Asian. We need more doctors and dentist of color!!!!! Respectfully , extremely satisfied.
